I had a problem, but it was resolved by the great customer service team at Sock Snob.

The product is very good and delivery was remarkably swift.
Unfortunately one of the items sent was wrong. In spite of phoning (no reply), sending an e-mail and making it clear on the returns paper that I would like the item I originally ordered to be sent, my money has been refunded and I find myself having to re-order and, no doubt, incurring a postage charge.
Disappointing after such a good start.

The delivery was very quick. The socks are good quality, just on the big side for me.

I bought two pairs of Extra Wide Thermal Oedema socks for my Dad to try. His ankles swell and he has been anaemic so his feet have been cold. He was extremely pleased with them, he say the are well made, warm and smart enough to wear out

First order was delivered in a couple of days..Delivery on second order much slower.

Communication with Sock Snob's emoyees is excellent: I have texted and spoken to several of them because Evri messed up my delivery, and they are always very professional, friendly and helpful.
I bought socks, neck warmers and headbands and am very pleased with all of them.

The socks were not exactly what I would call thermal not as good as a thick pair of woolly ones but they are very comfortable especially around the leg.

I was disappointed in the quality of the socks compared to those I had bought previously. They were not as long and didn't stay up so well.

Quick delivery. Great fit and so comfortable. Was looking for thermal socks that weren't thick so could fit in normal shoes and these fit the bill. Will certainly be ordering again
